Head Coach Varsity Girls - Christina Wilson
Christina Wilson begins her second year as head coach for the North Cobb Lady Warriors after a historic first season in 2023-24. Prior to North Cobb, Wilson served as assistant coach for multiple NCAA Division 1 soccer programs including McNeese State University (2016-2017), Gardner-Webb University (2017-2019) and Kennesaw State University (2020-2023). Wilson also holds her USSF National “C” license, along with her United Soccer Coaches Premier diploma and Advanced National Goalkeeping diploma.
In her first year as head coach over the Lady Warriors, Wilson led the team to their first 7A Region 5 Playoff berth in 5 years as the second seeded team and hosted the 1st round of the playoffs at home, something the girls’ soccer program has never done. Wilson also had 3 players recognized as 1st team All-Region players: freshman leading goal scorer Zoe Parham, freshman defender London Roby, and 4-year Varsity veteran Gabi Morales. Also recognized as 2nd team All-Region was junior defender Parker Armitage, and runner-up’s junior Mia Prozorac and freshman Jordan Peay.
Wilson played soccer for 4 years in college at NCAA Division 1 St. Bonaventure University and had a successful youth career appearing once for the United States U-14 Youth National team. Along with coaching in the college game, Wilson also coached for several youth clubs around the country, most recently serving as the goalkeeper director for Georgia Impact soccer club in Canton, GA, and was a staff coach with both State and Regional ODP teams in the East Region. Wilson also has been a staff coach for the WPSL Georgia Impact women’s semi-professional team located in Canton, GA.
Wilson currently resides in Canton, GA with her husband Ryan, their 3 dogs Lily, Daisy and Shadow, and are excited to welcome their first baby in February 2025!

The Warrior Fastpitch team gave their all last week in Columbus for the Elite 8 State Tournament. The finished fourth in the state for the 3rd year in a row. Congratulations to all the players and their coaches! GO WARRIORS!
