Coach Gingles’s  has been the Head Swim Coach at North Cobb High school since 2022. She swam competitively for 10 years in Elementary (North Miami Neptunes) & High School (Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs).

Coach Gingles has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Georgia College & State University for Painting, Printmaking, and Fiber work.  She then obtained her Education Degree from Kennesaw State for Social Studies and English Language Arts/Reading.  She has been teaching since 2014 (4 years in Houston, Texas and since then in Georgia).

When she’s not in the classroom or at the pool, Coach Gingles can be found spending time with her husband (Marshall) and 2 sons (Jude & Patrick), reading, painting, or hiking.

Coach Armstrong has been a competitive swimmer since the age of 7, competing on neighborhood, high school, club, and masters swim teams. 

After graduating from college, Coach Armstrong began coaching various neighborhood teams, 2 high school teams, and was an assistant coach for a club team, before moving from Florida to Georgia.  Since moving to Georgia she has coached a few summers of the Legacy Park swim team and has been an assistant coach for North Cobb High School since 2019. 

She has been a member of the math department at North Cobb since 2014
